Install directory should be removed!
Check following parameters of email feature:
tl_admin_email
from_email
return_path_email
smtp_host
PHP extension for GD library is not available. Charts will not work. Locate your php.ini file. Open the file and remove the ; in front of ;extension=php_gd2.dll. Restart apache (if you are using apache). If that does not help, you will probably need to install php-GD libraries.
